Established in 1976 in Osimo, Italy, and focused on the construction of hydraulic drilling rigs for micropiles and soil investigation, TesCar develops machines that are adaptable and can be configured to complement any specific work environment. The hydraulic piling rig CF1 is equipped with a short locking kelly bar which grants it the ability to reach 8 m deep working even under 2500 mm. With a max undercarriage width of 1300 mm (in working mode), reduceable to just 1000 mm in transport mode, the CF1 can move in very narrow places and restricted areas.
The CF2 hydraulic piling rig is equipped with a short locking kelly bar which grants it the ability to reach 12 m deep working even under 2800 mm. With a max undercarriage width of 1550 mm, the CF2 can move in very narrow places and restricted areas.
The CF2.5 hydraulic piling rig is equipped with a special mast divided into two telescopic sections to reach the minimum working position of 3500 mm. With a standard locking kelly bar for a depth of 15 m, working under 5200 mm, and a minimum undercarriage width of 1950 mm, the CF2.5 can move in very narrow places and limited areas.
The CF2.5 PLUS is equipped with a special mast divided into two telescopic sections with a counter-slide device to lower the mast group down to the ground and reach the minimum working position of 2800 mm. With a standard locking kelly bar for a depth of 15 m, it works under 3000 mm. The mast can also be provided with a third element that allows the use of a 20 m locking kelly bar, working at a maximum height of 6300 mm. With a minimum undercarriage width of 1920 mm, the CF2.5 PLUS can move in very narrow places and limited areas.
The CF2.5 COMPACT hydraulic piling rig comes with a radio remote controller to be operated at a safety distance in case of particularly dangerous working conditions. The power pack is independent and removable to be placed outside buildings without suitable air flow to guarantee the safety of the operator. The CF2.5 COMPACT is also provided with a special "counter-slide" device to lower the mast group and achieve the lowest headroom working position. It is also equipped with a 2-section telescopic mast to work with a 15 or 18 m locking kelly bar, with the possibility to close down the 2 telescopic sections to reduce the total height and work in low headroom position even under 2400 mm with a special "short" kelly bar for 5 m depth. With a max width of 1550 mm, the CF2.5 COMPACT can move in the narrowest places and restricted areas.
The CF3 S hydraulic piling rig is equipped with a special mast divided into 3 telescopic sections to work at different heights and reach the minimum working position of 3500 mm. It is provided with a rack-locking kelly bar for a maximum working depth of 22 m with the mast fully extended, or 10 m with the mast closed down. With a minimum width of 2320 mm, the CF3 S can move in very tight places and in areas with limited access.
Equipped with a special tower divided into 3 telescopic sections with a counter-slide device to lower the tower unit to the ground and reach the minimum working position of 3000 mm, the CF3 S PLUS is provided with a rack and pinion locking kelly bar for a working depth of 23 m with the tower totally raised, or 8 m with the tower totally lowered. With a minimum undercarriage width of 2320 mm, the CF3 S PLUS can move in very tight locations and limited access areas. The undercarriage is equipped with rubber tracks for easy work on any surface.
Provided with a parallelogram to gain more clearance under the rotary and more reach to drill farther from the base unit, the CF4 can also be equipped with expanding tracks to improve stability in any working position (especially when used in CFA mode for 12 m depth). The excavator base Eurocomach ESP100 UR4 is provided with an overboost engine and a dedicated hydraulic plant that allows the new CF4 to fit a new rotary with double motors exploiting a torque of 45 kNm. The length of the mast permits work with a 28 m locking kelly bar, with the possibility to remove the upper mast section to reduce the total height and work in low headroom position under 6 m with a special "short" kelly bar for 15 m depth. With a max width of 2320 mm (in transport position), the CF4 can move in narrow places and restricted areas.
The CF6 hydraulic piling rig is provided with a 2-section mast to work with a 32 m locking kelly bar, with the possibility to remove the upper mast section to reduce the total height and work in low headroom position under 7500 mm with a special "short" kelly bar for 18 m depth.
Provided with a 2-section mast to work with a 35 m locking kelly bar, with the possibility to remove the upper mast section to reduce the total height and work in low headroom position under 8000 mm with a special "short" kelly bar for 18 m depth. Powerful, versatile, and reliable, the CF8 is the new flagship from TesCar, letting customers tackle job sites with hard ground that demand higher torque while still offering limited access and low headroom capability.
